Laila - 5 months

Miss Laila Kate is 5 months old! I can't believe it. She is so much fun! Watching her learn and discover new things everyday is amazing and I feel like I am learning and discovering new things everyday as well! She is a total goofball, and so smiley - ahhhh melts my heart! Her eyebrows kill me - it looks like I draw them on each morning! Her hair is coming in slowly but surely and she isn't sporting a male pattern baldness hairdo anymore. For awhile there we were calling her "our little George Costanza!"

5 MONTH STATS

Height: 27 inches! 

Weight: 17.5 lbs

Clothing size: 9 - 12 month

Favorite food: Apples mixed with baby oatmeal

Milestones reached: Rolling over from her back to her tummy.

Favorite toy: It's a tie...Laila adores her Vtech Cora Cub that Uncle Brian got her for Christmas. She literally screams and throws her arms up when we turn it on for her-she just can't take the excitement!

She also loves another Christmas present... her jumper that Nanny and Grandpa bought her. She figured it out within a day and is content to jump, and jump, and jump. When we go to put her in it, her little frog legs start moving before we can even get her feet in the holes! 

Favorite Activity: Playing peak a boo. Laila is genuinely shocked when you, her toy, burp rag, etc reappears! She thinks this is hilarious...we do too :)
